Laddering opportunitiesStudents who complete the Early Learning and Child Care certificate program may receive the direct entry into the Year 2 of the Early Learning and Child Care – diploma diploma program or credit towards the Disability Studies program at NorQuest College:

Further education opportunitiesGraduates of the Early Learning and Child Care certificate program should consider the NorQuest Early Learning and Child Care – diploma program to progress to supervisor-level opportunities in child care.
Additional certificationGraduates of the certificate program are eligible for Early Childhood Educator II certification from Alberta Human Services.
