Turn your diploma into a degree
Your diploma can qualify you to apply for:
- University of Calgary, Bachelor of Social Work, year three
- Athabasca University, Bachelor of Commerce, up to 30 credits
- Athabasca University, Bachelor of Management, up to 30 credits
- Athabasca University, Bachelor of Science, up to 30 credits
- Athabasca University, Bachelor of Professional Arts, any of the four majors, up to 60 credits
- Athabasca University, Bachelor of Human Resources and Labour Relations (post-diploma), up to 30 credits
- MacEwan University, Bachelor of Child and Youth Care, up to 60 credits
- University of Lethbridge, Bachelor of Health Sciences, Addictions and Mental Health Counselling, up to 60 credits
- Red Deer Polytechnic, Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, up to 60 credits
- Red Deer Polytechnic, Bachelor of Arts in Multidisciplinary Studies, up to 60 credits
NorQuest can’t guarantee admission or course transfer into a program at another institution. Your application will be assessed based on the entry requirements of the receiving institution.
Course transfer
Other post-secondary institutions in Alberta and across Canada may also accept transfer credits from NorQuest College. Transfer Alberta lists many Alberta institutions where your courses may transfer. For the most accurate and current information, connect with a NorQuest Academic Program Advisor.
Additional certification
Graduates of the program are eligible to apply for the Registered Social Worker designation with the Alberta College of Social Workers.
