Build a stronger foundation for work and life through personal development. Gain practical tools and insights to navigate everyday challenges, handle complex situations, and build meaningful connections with others.
RegisterWhat is a Microcredential
A series of carefully curated learning activities that provide learners with opportunities to gain specific skills or competencies that are workforce relevant and valued by employers, without enrolling in a credential program. The outcome can be shared digitally and allows employers to easily identify candidates who have mastered a specific skill set for success in their industry.
What to expect from the program
Focused on personal growth and well-being, this program helps you develop communication, resilience, self-awareness, and emotional regulation through practical learning and reflection. You'll gain skills and strategies to navigate life transitions, manage everyday challenges, and support your goals in learning, relationships, wellness, and employment.
If you need additional support while working through personal topics, your registration also includes access to health and wellness professionals at NorQuest College’s Student Health and Wellness Centre.
