Building Community Connections - XBUS 1754

The Building Community Connections badge offers learners awareness of resources, skills, and knowledge to build positive personal community connections. This knowledge will support learners’ ability to prepare for a successful transition into the community. As learners work through this badge, they will build personal goals, identify strategies to help reduce the risk of relapse, plan for employment, and prepare for reintegration.
