Transferability

At NorQuest College, we strongly believe in helping our students and alumni find pathways into further education and future career advancement. Through post-secondary transfer agreements, graduates can build on the education they receive at NorQuest and pursue new opportunities.

Turn your diploma into a degree

Your diploma can qualify you to apply for:

  • Athabasca University, Bachelor of Professional Arts, any of the four majors, up to 60 credits

NorQuest can’t guarantee admission or course transfer into a program at another institution. Your application will be assessed based on the entry requirements of the receiving institution.

Course transfer

Students in the Justice diploma program take a number of courses (including JUST 1101JUST 1102INST 1000SOCI 1000PSYC 1060ENGL 2510, and HEED 1000) for which they may be able to receive transfer credit at degree-granting institutions such as Lethbridge Polytechnic, MacEwan University, University of Alberta, and University of Lethbridge.

Other post-secondary institutions in Alberta and across Canada may also accept transfer credits from NorQuest College. Transfer Alberta lists many Alberta institutions where your courses may transfer. For the most accurate and current information, connect with a NorQuest Academic Program Advisor
