Business Planning and Processes - XBUS 4217

In this course, students will acquire an understanding of how an organization can use strategy creation and implementation to define opportunities and mitigate risks as they relate to supply chain management. Students will gain an overview of the processes by which plans are both devised and implemented so they can start their new career with a holistic understanding of the planning and processes that are used to make business decisions.
