Customer Service Principles

This workshop will enable participants to recognize and demonstrate excellent customer service, create positive first impressions, and understand and meet customer needs.

  • create a positive first impression for you and your organization
  • follow identified service standards and provide consistent service

  • live your personal customer service vision and mission statement
