Business, Project, and Process Improvement Fundamentals - XBUS 1681

In response to Alberta’s changing economic environment, many organizations are being challenged to make more efficient and effective use of their resources. This course addresses that need by helping participants build capacity through targeted, pragmatic training to execute process improvement initiatives and apply them to real-world challenges and opportunities. It addresses specific needs in the planning and execution of process improvement initiatives such as how to elicit requirements from users, assess customers’ expectations, achieve sponsors’ objectives on time and on schedule, streamline the production of client deliverables, and reduce common barriers to make necessary change possible.
