Learn how to use applied research to solve real-world problems in NorQuest College’s Introduction to Applied Research for Innovation microcredential. This program is online and self-paced.

The Managerial Leadership badge will cover a wide range of topics including personal leadership style, personal brand, design thinking, emotional intelligence, and agile leadership.

The Organizational Management badge covers a wide range of topics including organizational governance, financial acumen, risk management, digital transformation and trends for the future.

Do you need help finding work? This program will teach you about working in Canada. You will also get 110 hours of work experience.

This program is restricted to Edmonton International Airport taxi drivers only. All three courses included in the program must be completed to receive the Taxi Ambassador Program certificate.
