What to expect from the program
The Education and Employment Pathways program is a fun and supportive way to learn new skills, make friends, and plan for your future in just a few weeks. The program begins with community building from August 24 to August 28, 2026, at NorQuest’s downtown campus, Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
After the camp, we’ll keep going with Saturday meetups from September 12 to November 28, 2026, each running from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Each week, you’ll:
- Learn life skills like cooking, cleaning, and using money
- Practice talking to others and building good relationships
- Explore your community through walks and field trips
- Get ready for work or school and more!
You’ll also have plenty of time to enjoy your new friends, go on field trips, take part in group activities, visit NorQuest’s miyo-pimâtisiwin Centre, and reflect on what you’ve learned.
Come join us for fun, learning, and new experiences!
