Tax Clinic

Edmonton, Online - Innovation Studio
Free and confidential tax return assistance for low-income earners.
After last year’s overwhelming success, the Tax Clinic at NorQuest College is back! This service gives NorQuest students and volunteers valuable, hands-on experience preparing tax returns while giving back to the community.
On average, a standard tax return can cost taxpayers up to $150. Through the clinic, low-income earners within the NorQuest community and beyond can receive free support. Trained tax professionals are also available to help eligible taxpayers maximize their returns through benefits and credits such as the GST rebate, child tax benefits, and more.
Appointments are available online or in person. Booking an appointment in advance is strongly recommended. Walk-in appointments are welcome based on availability and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Online appointments take approximately one hour, while in-person appointments are about 45 minutes long.
Get your taxes done for free! NorQuest's Tax Clinic is open Monday to Wednesday from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.
