Hello everybody! My name is Lam Kien Ha and I came to Canada from Vietnam. I have been studying at NorQuest College since January 7, 2013. I came to this college with a dream to be an English teacher, so I decided NorQuest College was my foundation to achieve my future goals. Before I took the Academic Upgrading program for adults, I spent one and a half years in the Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada program.

In my time here, I have enjoyed and appreciated everything in this college, especially when I found an awesome study “friend” on the 5^th floor – the Tutorial Centre. I usually have a lot of homework and assignments to do after I finish my classes and a great place for me to study is the Tutorial Centre. There are a lot of tutors with great experiences in different subjects such as English, biology, math, chemistry, physic, etc. They respond to me about all my queries or problems.

I have spent all my study time on the 5^th floor and I see that all the tutors working here are very patient, helpful, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. They are working with their heart to help all the students achieve their goals. I have also improved my study skills very much, especially my reading and writing skills in English.

All the students are provided with a ton of resources such as books and websites to assist in their studies. I was referred to the excellent website www.exambank.com and now my English skills are expanding, my grades are improving, especially my reading skills.

I am so happy because I chose the right place in order to build up my foundation to complete my dream. I am sure that I will achieve my goals one day with the help of the Tutorial Centre. There are not enough words in the dictionary to describe how awesome the Tutorial Centre is.
