Application acceptance dates and deadlines
International students without a valid Canadian study permit must apply to NorQuest College at least two months prior to the term start date of their program to allow enough time for the admission process to be completed and for a student visa or study permit to be obtained.

Applicants wishing to apply to an online offering of a program should apply at least one month prior to the program start. See programs for information about start dates.
Before you apply
- See your specific program of choice for both academic and non-academic requirements, prerequisite details and any pre-screening program interview arrangements, if required. You should also review:
- Be prepared to pay the non-refundable, non-transferrable, international student application fee of $150 CAD.

Cancelling your application
Notify the Office of the Registrar if you wish to cancel the consideration of your application. Application fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your application after you have accepted NorQuest’s offer of admission and paid your tuition deposit, note that:
- if you cancel your enrolment at least 30 days prior to the start date of your program, you are eligible for a 50% refund of your tuition deposit
- after that date, the entire tuition deposit is non-refundable
