Medication Safety and Risk Management - PHRM 2006

Examine safe medication practices and risk-management strategies designed to reduce the occurrence of medication incidents while supporting zero-tolerance for errors, effective reporting and disclosure, and the development of a just culture of patient safety in all pharmacy environments. Explore the medication reconciliation process and its impact on patient safety.

Note: Prerequisites: COMM 1001, ENGL 2510, PHRM 1012, PHRM 1014. Restricted to Pharmacy Technician.
