Community Prescription Processing Lab - PHRM 1011

Students will learn to identify the legal requirements of a prescription and how to interpret prescription information. Commonly used drug information resources will be used to research prescribed medications. Finally, students will enter prescription information in a commonly used pharmacy software program, building speed and accuracy over the course.
