Professional Practice for Pharmacy Technicians - PHRM 1005

Examine the responsibilities of the pharmacy technician in the profession and practice of pharmacy. Utilizing patient-centred communication skills, learn to describe and demonstrate accurate and safe patient teaching for the use of common medical devices and aids.

Note: Prerequisites: COMM 1001, ENGL 2510, PHRM 1020. Restricted to Pharmacy Technician.


This course is delivered in a classroom setting with face-to-face instruction at regularly scheduled times.
