Student advisors

Our student advisors are your central point of contact throughout your time at NorQuest College. They will help you from after you've applied through graduation or completion.

A student advisor will provide:

  • information on programs, services, testing and financial aid
  • advice and guidance to help you reach your academic goals
  • academic standing support 
  • options to help you make informed decisions 

If you need help with college services, your advisor can point you in the right direction.

Foundational and preparatory programs

All applicants for these programs will see a student advisor before admission:

Once you have applied to NorQuest College, contact a student advisor. They will:

  1. assess your admission based on your current documents. They may also arrange for assessments to ensure you are placed in the correct program/level for your educational success.
  2. determine funding options and eligibility.
  3. make an admission decision on your application.

Academic Upgrading students who have questions about the following should contact a student advisor:

Connecting with us

There are multiple options available for you to connect including via phone, email or in person. Book an appointment with a student advisor—choose from in-person, virtual or phone meetings.

Booking an appointment with an advisor

Appointments are available Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 1:45 pm, and on Thursdays from 9:15 am to 1:45 pm. Appointments can be booked the same or next day.
