Under the leadership of Dr. Maroro Zinyemba, Dean of FSFL, the faculty offers an environment where students feel supported and empowered to achieve their dreams. From enhancing digital literacy skills to providing career-readiness opportunities through partnerships with the Work-Integrated Learning and Career Education Center, FSFL equips students with the tools they need for success.

“The work our team does is deeply transformative,” says Dr. Zinyemba. “It’s about building confidence, resilience, and the belief that each learner has something valuable to contribute to their community.”
