- Access the right information at the right time, so you can save time and energy
- Identify your loved one’s needs through the Carer Support Needs Assessment Tool (CSNAT)
- Implement the CSNAT approach and learn how it’s used to determine specific supports for caregivers
- Understand the differences between care facilities within the health-care system
- Examine the different caregiver roles and determine their functions within the health-care system
- Examine Alberta Health Service’s care system
