Rob Heron joined Kingston Ross Pasnak LLP Chartered Accountants in 1993. He currently leads the firm's larger client engagements and has extensive experience in manufacturing, construction, and oil and gas services industries. In addition to his audit and assurance background, Rob provides clear, concise financial, business, and tax advice to owner-managed businesses. He also specializes in leadership transition, business succession, financial capacity changes in organizations, key transaction negotiation, and new financing alternatives.
Rob has served as Director and Officer for the Edmonton Elks Football Club, Chair of the Board for CIVIDA affordable housing, Chair of the Board for Sturgeon Community Hospital Foundation, and Director and Officer for Kids Kottage. He dedicates himself to being a trusted advisor and serving in governance roles for various organizations.
Rob is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D), the Certified Financial Planning Council (CFP), and was awarded the Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants (FCPA) in 2017.
Outside of work, Rob, his wife Carolynne, and their three adult children enjoy spending time together at their lake house in Lac St. Anne.
