NorQuest College and MacEwan University partnership

Where you live while studying matters. Finding and furnishing an apartment, dealing with roommates and landlords, and commuting to campus are a lot to deal with when you're trying to focus on your grades.

Our partnership with MacEwan Residence gives NorQuest students the opportunity to live in a safe and friendly environment.

All inclusive and affordable

Whether you choose a bachelor, two-bedroom or four-bedroom suite, you don’t have to worry about purchasing furniture or paying any monthly bills. Your suite comes fully furnished, and utilities and Wi-Fi are included in your fees. Check out the suites and hear from students in these videos.

All the amenities

Each suite has private, lockable bedrooms as well as its own washroom, kitchen and living area. Shared laundry facilities, a social lounge and a study lounge are located on each floor. There’s also a games room, theatre, wellness suites and hotel rooms for friends and family to visit.

Close to campus

MacEwan Residence is just a short, seven-minute walk to NorQuest. As a downtown resident, you’re also within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, public transit and recreational activities.

Safe and secure

On-call Residence Life staff, 24-hour front desk service, security cameras, emergency phones, ID checkpoints, and access card entrances and elevators are just some of the programs and services in place to ensure you feel safe.

Flexible contracts

While most rental apartments in Edmonton will require you to sign a 12-month lease, MacEwan Residence offers flexible contracts for NorQuest students so you don't get trapped in a lease that doesn't work with your program.

Home away from home

With hundreds of other college and university students from all over the world, MacEwan Residence is a diverse and welcoming community where you’ll meet new people and make lifelong friendships. Residence Life staff are always available to offer sound advice and friendly support. You’ll also be able to spend more time on campus and get more involved in NorQuest student activities.
