3. After you submit your request, you’ll receive a reply with your alumni verification letter
4. Please allow up to 5 business days for your verification letter to be processed and sent to you
5. Take the verification letter to a City of Edmonton Recreation Facility and purchase your discounted membership or multi-pass

• Create an ACADME account using your NorQuest email 
• Verify your account
• Shop for discounted laptops, speakers, keyboards, and more online or in-store

As an alumni exclusive, you can sign up for ongoing access to the library’s physical collection even after you graduate from your program. With an alumni library account, you may borrow up to 30 items at once from the NorQuest collection or other NEOS libraries, including books, DVDs, audiobooks, and more.

To start using this benefit, all you have to do is:

• Contact the Alumni Relations Office at alumni@norquest.ca 
• Obtain a verification letter (may take up to 5 days to process)
• Show proof of alumni status to library staff in the Learner Centre
• Choose whether you’d like a new card or continue using your public library card
• Enjoy free access to all NEOS library locations open to the public

And even better, you’ll have access for up to 5 years after completing your program. Once the 5-year period has expired, you can request a renewal each year. 

You may borrow physical materials for up to two weeks with four renewals. Alumni are subject to late fees at a rate of $1.00/day and an overdue fee limit of $31.00 per item. Alumni will be blocked from borrowing any more materials once they have one item overdue.
