You may need to have your password reset so you can log on to your computer and access your MyQuest, MyMail and Moodle accounts.
Go to the Computer Commons Help Desk in the Learner Centre. Present your NorQuest student ID card or other valid form of photo identification and the Computer Commons staff will reset your password.
Note: If you are calling, ensure you have your student ID number, home address, and phone number available before contacting Computer Commons. Email requests must include this information.
Once you have logged in and set your password for Moodle or the college computers, you are encouraged to register with the Self-Service Password Reset. This will allow you to reset your password if you forget it in the future. To do this:

Once you are logged on to MyQuest you can set up a security question that will allow you to reset your password if you forget in the future. To do this:
