Exam Schedule, Costs, and Registration

The Testing Centre has moved online.

  • Most post-secondary challenge exams are now offered online through ProctorU, an online eproctoring service. Contact your program area for more information about these exams.
  • All high school equivalency challenge exams are suspended indefinitely. If you are a currently enrolled NorQuest student looking to write a challenge exam to get into a post-secondary program, contact your student navigator to discuss your options.

Exams are offered Monday through Friday, based on availability. You can request a specific date on your registration form and the Testing Centre will contact you to confirm the date or reschedule the exam for another date.

Note: Challenge exams cannot be written during the last week before the end of the Fall and Winter terms.

Cost of Writing

  • $277.50 for domestic students
  • $832.50 for international students

Official transcripts can be requested when you register for your exam, and will be sent directly from NorQuest College to the institution you indicate on your registration form. You can always request additional transcripts at a later date from the Office of the Registrar.

Applying for school online through ApplyAlberta? Your NorQuest transcript will be sent electronically and for free.
