Withdrawal Chart of Academic and Financial Penalties and Refund Schedule

The following table lists the financial and academic penalties for withdrawals before and during the term.

  • Tuition deposit is entirely non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • The U-Pass fee, if paid, is non-refundable.
  • Full refund of all other tuition and fees already paid in full.
Up to 10% of term or session None
  • Tuition deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • The U-Pass fee, if paid, is non-refundable.
  • Program and supplies fee is non-refundable.
  • $25 administration fee ($50 for international) will be assessed.
  • 100% refund of tuition, Students’ Association fee, registrarial fee, textbook rental fee (if applicable), health and dental fee (if applicable) already paid in full.
From 11% to 20% of term or session Grade of "W" (Withdrawal) assigned.
Grade is not calculated in grade point average (GPA).
  • 75% refund of tuition. less a $25 administrative fee ($50 for international students)
  • All other fees are non-refundable.
Between 21% and 50% of term or session Grade of "W" (Withdrawal) assigned.
Grade is not calculated in GPA.
  • No refund.
After 51% of term or session has elapsed Grade of "WF" (Withdraw/Fail) assigned.
Grade point value of 0.0 or 0% is calculated in GPA.
  • No refund.
