Meet the facilitator
Marie Gervais, PhD, provides managerial training, coaching, and organizational capacity development through in-person and online programs. She supports organizations in strengthening leadership, intercultural communication, and team effectiveness, with a focus on aligning business goals with inclusive practices and measurable results.
As an Associate Certified Coach and a Certified Emotional Success Coach, Marie uses approaches grounded in emotional regulation, visualization, body awareness, and breathwork to help clients navigate workplace distress, career development, and emotional barriers to work. Her award-winning courses reflect innovation in online learning, and her research on workplace trends informed her book, The Spirit of Work: Timeless Wisdom, Current Realities.
