What to expect from the program

The IndTech program supports the development of inclusive and accessible workplaces. Working with Indigenous youth and employer-partners removes barriers for Indigenous professionals. The program combines supportive programming for participants and employers with career coaching. Graduates of IndTech gain employability and technical skills for the digital economy.

Graduate with experience

A paid internship gives participants the opportunity to use the skills and knowledge they learn in the classroom. Graduates gain an entry-level position with an employer-partner, while also learning about their own skills and interests. Participants will develop their skills, experience a professional work setting, and build their confidence. This experience will also build their network, add experience to their resume, and sustain employment.
