What to expect from the course
This online course offers a basic introduction to autism, explores common experiences, and shares effective strategies to create a welcoming and inclusive workplace.

- Autism 101: Key terms, common traits, strengths, lived experiences, and challenging stereotypes
- Busting Myths: Addressing common misconceptions about autism
- Communication Strategies: Tips for clear, respectful communication and supporting workplace adjustments
- Removing Barriers: How to support Autistic employees in navigating challenges in the workplace
The class is interactive, self-paced, and designed for participants to take at their leisure, and without an instructor.
Allow 45 minutes to one-hour to complete the whole course, with the four modules lasting about 10-15 minutes each. Each module in the course is designed for accessible learning, with audio-visuals, videos, interactive scenarios, and an interactive learning outcome quiz at the end of the course.

Autism in the Workplace is designed both for individuals and teams who are interested in building their understanding of neuroinclusivity and accessibility as well as organizations that want to offer foundational training to staff and leadership.
