Benefits of attending a workshop
Along with practical caregiving skills, you’ll discover helpful technologies that can make daily tasks easier and less stressful. You’ll also learn how to monitor your loved one’s health and recognize early signs of decline, so you can communicate more confidently with healthcare providers and support better outcomes.
Thanks again for the opportunity for people to be able to access these workshops; it really lifts the fog. I can see this type of information lowering the stress level for care-givers and care-patients … the knowledge that I gained in 2 hours was huge.

Not sure if you have the time or resources?
We know how stretched caregivers are. That’s why we’ve designed our workshops to be:
- Offered online or in person
- Just 2 hours long
- 100% free
- Flexible enough to complete at your own pace
You’re not alone
Being a family caregiver can feel like a lonely journey. You’re constantly making sacrifices to care for your loved one. And while most of your social circle doesn’t understand the responsibilities and commitments that come with providing home or end-of-life care, our workshop participants and facilitators understand your challenges.
By providing support and resources, our workshops are created to improve the quality of life for family caregivers and their loved ones who require care.
