Humanities Prep - HUMN 1911

This course will build student reading skills and knowledge in English Language Arts as set out in the Alberta Education’s English Language Arts curriculum. The course builds a foundation for academic studies at the high school level, as students develop reading skills and competencies required to advance to ELA 20-1 or ELA 20-2.

Note: Co-requisite: ENGL 1007. Restricted to Academic Upgrading.


This course is delivered in a classroom setting with face-to-face instruction at regularly scheduled times.
