Introduction to Academic Writing

This course is designed to introduce students to the principals of academic writing. Topics include, but are not limited to, academic integrity, fundamentals of APA and MLA formatting and citation, style and argumentation, quotation integration, advanced grammar and punctuation, and academic research. Students for whom English is not their first language must have CLB 6.
