Human Rights and EDI Work - XBUS 3620

This course introduces key topics and concepts related to human rights in the context of equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) work. Participants will learn about the importance of advancing an EDI agenda that promotes human rights by incorporating the distinct needs of each equity-seeking group in a workplace’s structure and mission. The course includes topics relevant to human rights legislation and policies, such as accessibility, accommodation, workplace discrimination, harassment prevention, and more.
