Self-Care in the Human Services - SETT 2080

This course will introduce learners to basic principles of self-care in the human services. Topics to be explored include burnout, conflict mediation, and safety in the workplace.

Note: Prerequisites: SETT 1010 or completion of COSW 1200, or permission from the Settlement Studies program. Restricted to Settlement Studies.


This course is delivered in a classroom setting with face-to-face instruction at regularly scheduled times.
