This course aims to provide learners with an understanding of interpersonal communication skills, active listening skills, basic concepts of the therapeutic process, and the role of self-awareness, self-concept, self-reflection, and perception in the provision of supportive recovery-oriented care. **This course will feature a CSL component of 35 hours of student community agency volunteering.

Note: Restricted to  Mental Health and Addiction Support Worker.
