Team Management - HLTH 1205

This course explores the principles of management related to team dynamics and team building within an interdisciplinary team environment. The learner will explore team roles and responsibilities in relation to delegation, conflict resolution, union regulations, and scopes of practice that incorporate the importance of an evaluative feedback process.

Note: Prerequisite HLTH 1200. Restricted to Health Care Leadership.
