This course focuses on preparing students for leadership roles, where they will need to understand and apply the principles of adult education and teaching and learning strategies when assessing needs and developing educational materials and resources for adult learners. Students will develop knowledge and skills related to facilitation and the creation of an optimal learning environment for adult learners.

Note: Prerequisite HLTH 1200. Restricted to Health Care Leadership.
