Computer Applications for Health-Care Professionals - HLTH 1005

Gain experience with computerized medical office records and software. Learn to manage medical records, including inputting patient information, scheduling and managing appointments, and billing.

Note: Co-requisites: HLTH 1003, HLTH 1006. Restricted to Hospital Unit Clerk and Medical Office Assistant.


This course is offered in an online setting. There are no scheduled classes, and you will learn at your own pace. Courses have start and end dates, assignments may have due dates assigned to them. The lab portion of this course may need to be completed in-person.
