Intercultural Perspectives on Mental Health and Complex Needs - DISB 2000

This course explores mental health and disability through holistic and intercultural perspectives. Learners will examine diverse cultural, community-based, relational, and clinical understandings of disability, mental wellness and how they intersect. Learners will investigate emerging, evidence-informed supports from multiple perspectives.

Note: Restricted to Disability Studies and Settlement Studies.


This course is delivered in a classroom setting with face-to-face instruction at regularly scheduled times.
