Disability 1 - DISB 1005

Learners will holistically examine various disabilities, and diagnosis individuals have, across the lifespan including current definitions, characteristics and traits, co-occurrences, resources, and supports. Learners will explore intercultural perspectives and understandings of disability.

Note: Restricted to Disability Studies and Educational Assistant.


This course is delivered in a classroom setting with face-to-face instruction at regularly scheduled times.
