Digital Voice: Writing & Public Speaking for Online Audiences - CNCC 1020

This course combines writing and speaking skills essential for content creators in today’s multiplatform digital landscape. Learners will craft compelling written content (captions, scripts, blogs, and more) while also developing confidence and clarity in on-camera and voiceover delivery and public speaking. Emphasis is placed on tone, voice, storytelling structure, and adapting messages for diverse audiences and platforms as well as on-camera personality and performance. Through practical assignments, learners will write scripts, develop social copy, and record audio/video content that reflects their brand identity and engages their community. The course also explores body language, live interaction techniques, performance anxiety and maintaining authenticity in both written and spoken digital communication.
