Develop strong collaboration skills including the ability to effectively organize and manage online and hybrid meetings using cloud-based software applications. Develop proficiency using mail and messaging platforms, digital calendars, and databases to improve workplace productivity. Support and collaborate with stakeholders using social media platforms to build customer and brand loyalty. Increase your understanding of emerging technologies that are transforming the workplace and examine the implications for Administrative Professionals.
