Change Management - BUSD 2013

Change is an established constant, and successful organizations need to plan and implement change regularly to remain competitive. Managing organizational change is of strategic importance to engage employees through transitions that directly and positively impact business outcomes. This course covers the process of change management and examines the context for organizational change, frameworks and tools to define and plan a change initiative, and how to navigate and mitigate the challenges that come with change.

Note: Prerequisite BUSD 1009. Restricted to Business Administration and Open Studies.


This course is delivered in a classroom setting with face-to-face instruction at regularly scheduled times.
