ESL Preparation for Health Care Aide -Listening and Clear Speaking - BHCA 1202

This course will combine the listening and clear speaking skills required to meet the English language proficiency for a health care aide (HCA). Through developing academic listening skills, the course will support learner success in completion of the HCA program. Listening texts selected will be based on topics in the HCA program. The clear speaking portion of the course will support the development of comprehensible pronunciation to enhance communication in both the HCA program and in the role of HCA.

Note: Restricted to Health Care Aide for English Language Learners.
