ESL Preparation for Health Care Aide -Medical Terminology - BHCA 1201

In this course, students will learn the meaning, spelling, and pronunciation of basic medical and common English vocabulary related to human anatomy, physiology, diseases, treatments, and medical equipment. Learners will become fluent in the specialized vocabulary required for the successful completion of the health care aide program and used in the workplace. Moreover, they will be able to distinguish and select appropriate vocabulary for communicating with team members and clients.
