Not Feeling Well

If I am sick, what should I do?

Use the online tool to check your risk. Call Healthlink 811 for health advice. Above all:

  • Stay home
  • Cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing
  • Wash your hands frequently with soap and water

When should I stay home and avoid contact with others?

Follow the advice of Alberta Health Services to understand whether to self-isolate. Self isolating means avoiding close contact with others.

If I self-isolate, who should I tell?

Notify your instructor.
