Security alert affecting NorQuest College Whitecourt campus

November 28, 2017

Whitecourt RCMP have initiated a Hold and Secure at Hilltop Jr/Sr High School. Students on site are safe and continuing with regular classes. As a result of this cautionary measure, NorQuest's Whitecourt campus has also been locked down.

The event coincides with another debut, as NorQuest becomes the first institution of any kind in Western Canada to offer space for the creation of a Downie-Wenjack Legacy Room.
