Alessandra Bruni-Smith comes with over 12 years of experience in the residential real estate industry. Starting her career as a development manager, she honed her expertise in community planning and strategic marketing before founding ChalkMark Residential in 2019. Through her business, she collaborates with developers and builders to create thriving communities, offering services in subdivision management, builder relations, and strategic marketing.
In addition to holding a bachelor’s degree in business and a diploma in media communications, Alessandra also holds an active realtor license. A dedicated member of BILD Edmonton, she actively contributes to multiple boards, demonstrating her commitment to advancing the industry.
