Getting the best photos possible

Ensure when you show up for your sitting:

  • Ladies: wear v-neck shirts or tanktops for your cap and gown photos. Makeup should be light. Avoid the use of sparkles in your hair and makeup.
  • Gentlemen: wear a shirt and tie for your cap and gown photos.
  • Bring the required sitting deposit (cash or credit card only) with you to your grad photo sitting.
  • If you fail to show up for your sitting, or do not cancel 24 hours prior to your sitting, the second appointment's sitting fee will be $60.
  • At the end of your session, the photographer will print your proof-sheet to take home, along with all other information.
  • Judge your proofs for pose and facial expression and not for colour or brightness as they will be all adjusted during order preparation.
  • If you would like additional photos either casual or with family, contact the photographer and they will arrange a complimentary session for you and your group at a different date and time. They can arrange a session in studio or on location.

Convocation Ceremony Photography

NorQuest College's Convocation ceremonies will be captured by professional photographers. Photos from the event may be used on NorQuest's websites and in advertising or other publications. The ceremony will also be videotaped and available on this website at a later date.

Guests are welcome to use their own cameras before, during, and after the ceremonies. Guests are asked to remain in their seats during the ceremonies for the comfort of other guests and graduates.
