Reading and Writing - TEAL 1003

This course focuses on key principles and practices for teaching reading and writing skills to EAL learners. Participants will read current literature and key Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) resources, as well as develop materials for teaching reading and writing, create a CLB-referenced Portfolio-Based Language Assessment (PBLA) task, and teach micro-lessons.
