NorQuest College earns second recognition as top corporate culture in Canada

November 27, 2020
The award was announced on November 25 by Toronto-based Waterstone, a leading business recruiting firm that specializes in recruiting for fit and cultural talent management for entrepreneurial-minded, high-growth organizations across North America.

NorQuest was a winner in the Broader Public Sector Organization (not-for-profit, government agency, Crown Corporation) category. NorQuest previously was named winner in the same category in 2017.

NorQuest College President & CEO Carolyn Campbell believes the college is receiving the recognition because of our employees’ passion, resilience, and dedication.

“It’s a true honor to be recognized with this award,” said Campbell. “NorQuest College’s remarkable faculty and staff continue to transform lives and make a difference in the communities we serve, and our culture gives our ambition momentum.”

“At Waterstone we believe corporate culture drives performance and that it’s your organization’s greatest asset,” says Marty Parker, President and Chief Executive Officer of Waterstone Human Capital and Chair of the Canada’s Most Admired™ program. “This year’s award winners set a truly admirable example of how cultivating and sustaining great cultures can ultimately drive outstanding growth and performance.”

“Our culture at NorQuest continues to evolve and strengthen, and we thank Waterstone for recognizing that evolution,” adds Campbell. “Like the rest of the world, the past eight months have certainly been a challenge for all of us at the college. Our meaningful culture work made us resilient as we continue to find ways forward for our students and the community.”
